I create and facilitate purposeful, participant-centered, high-impact adult- learning opportunities, provoking curiosity and inspiring my participants to overcome their greatest workplace challenges.

I work with individuals, teams and leaders at all levels, in both government and private sector organisations, with a special interest and passion for developing ‘human skills’ workshops, covering topics such as: Emotional intelligence, Human Behaviour, Communication, Personal and Professional Effectiveness, and best practice People Management and Leadership.

My 30-year career

• Designing, developing, and facilitating learning solutions for a wide range of audiences from team members, to emerging leaders and organisational executives;

• Facilitating face-to-face, virtual/online workshops to teams, managers, and leaders;

• Coaching one-on-one, or in groups with Graduates, Managers, and Leaders;

• Facilitating workshops for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and other non-RTO Professional Development Training Organisations;

• Designing and facilitating workshops for graduates and their mentors in Queensland State Government organisations including, the Department of Premier & Cabinet, the Department of Justice & Attorney-General & Queensland Treasury, and State Revenue;

• Facilitating face-to-face and virtual/online workshops for Australian Public Service agencies across Australia, for the Australian Public Service Commission’s, APS Academy, including international workshops in-country, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, for Senior Public Service Executives;

• Designing and facilitating workshops for Corporates and not-for-profit organisations.
